The Everest Kitchen is established with a vision of health and mission of wealth. Our restaurant shares a similar belief to the great Hippocrates, who we now know as the Doctor of Medicine, which is that the natural healing process starts with rest, a good diet, fresh air and cleanliness. We see the food not only as dishes for you to enjoy but a form of medicine to soothe your mind, body and soul.
Our customers’ health is one of our main priorities. The restaurant’s goal is to prepare, cook and serve food we also think about the quality and nutrition in food which may help to avoid bad cholesterol, fat, unfriendly germs and so on.
Doctors and scientists agree that so many dreadful diseases can be prevented by eating nutritious food and keeping fit. We live in an age leads to an unhealthy lifestyle that increases the risk of disease and slowly deteriorates our body.
Two simple things link nutritious food and regular exercise and drastically improve health and ensure a longer life. Just like caring for loved ones we are always aware of the things we allow in our homes and what our loved ones are absorbing from it. It’s important that we have the same mindset about our bodies and keep that awareness for what we eat.
Food can be seen as a medicine or poison therefore we need to distinguish between the two to make the best choice. This restaurant strives to provide the healthiest food possible for our customers because we believe in health and longevity bout at the same time, giving you a dish that your pallet cannot resist.

Enjoy your meal!
